SmartSite™ Terms of Service - 72 Hour Web Design

1. Overview

By enrolling in the SmartSite™ AI + GEO SEO Bundle (“Service”), you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined below. This Service is delivered by Rank Lift, LLC (“Provider”), combining AI-driven website design, advanced SEO services, and GEO-targeted content automation to help local businesses grow online.

2. Service Details and Deliverables

The AI + GEO SEO Bundle includes the following:

A. Initial Setup & Hosting

$749 One-Time Setup Fee: Covers onboarding, design configuration, site launch, and initial SEO implementation.
$359 Monthly Fee: Billed monthly, with a 12-month minimum commitment.

B. Website Package (Included)

Up to 10 Pages: Professionally written, AI-assisted content pages with design customization.
Proprietary AI Platform: Built on a custom WordPress theme enhanced by Rank Lift’s proprietary SmartSite™ AI software.
Mobile-First, Speed-Optimized Design: Optimized for mobile performance and fast load times using modern code and compression best practices.
SEO Foundation: Implementation of on-page SEO best practices including meta titles, descriptions, header tags, image optimization, alt text, and technical schema markup.
Client Access to Edit & Publish: You will receive WordPress access with capabilities to edit, add, or publish your own content.
HTML Export Option: If you terminate service or wish to self-host, we will provide an HTML version of the website for manual upload to a new host. Note: Theme and AI functionality will not be transferable.

C. Advanced GEO + SEO Features (Bundle Exclusive)

Advanced On-Site SEO: Enhanced keyword placement, internal linking, topical authority structuring, and localized schema tailored to your city or service area.
Structured Data Implementation: Custom JSON-LD schema for each page including business information, reviews, service areas, FAQs, and more—enabling rich search features.
RankLift™ AI Content Generation: Automated creation of high-quality content targeting local service areas, enhancing both SEO and GEO expansion.
Business Listing Management: Setup and ongoing accuracy checks of your business across major directories (Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, etc.).
Local Keyword Strategy & GEO Expansion: Identification and optimization for key terms in targeted service areas, including the creation of future city or neighborhood-specific landing pages.

3. Term & Termination

Minimum Commitment: Service requires a one-year commitment from the date of launch.
Cancellation: Early termination is permitted with the payment of remaining months in the term. After 12 months, service continues month-to-month unless canceled in writing with 30 days’ notice.
Theme and Functionality: If hosting is canceled or moved from Rank Lift, LLC, the proprietary theme and SmartSite™ AI functionality will no longer be supported or usable. An HTML version of the site (static) will be provided upon request.

4. Ownership Rights

During Agreement Period: All creative materials, copywriting, designs, and graphics produced by Rank Lift, LLC remain the property of Rank Lift, LLC.
Upon Completion of Agreement: After the initial 12-month term is fulfilled, ownership rights to the website’s design, structure, and content are transferred to the client. Proprietary systems, plugins, or AI tools remain the intellectual property of Rank Lift, LLC and are non-transferable.

5. Fully Managed Hosting (Optional)

$149/mo Hosting Fee (Required unless client self-hosts): Includes updates, security monitoring, backup, uptime assurance, and performance optimization. Hosting is billed separately and is not included in the monthly $359 plan fee.
Hosting on third-party platforms is not supported for dynamic or AI-enhanced features.

6. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information, service areas, and access to any third-party accounts (e.g., Google Business Profile) as needed for optimization.
Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations in the content you request or submit.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are billed automatically to the payment method on file.
Late payments may result in service interruptions. A reinstatement fee may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rank Lift, LLC is not responsible for fluctuations in search engine rankings, changes in third-party platforms, or penalties due to outdated content provided by the client. Our strategies are based on industry best practices and data-backed AI systems, but results are not guaranteed due to the evolving nature of SEO.

9. Modifications to the Terms

Rank Lift, LLC reserves the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of significant changes in writing. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

11. Agreement Acceptance

By submitting your order and payment, you acknowledge and agree to the above Terms of Service. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable for the duration of the service term.
