1. Overview
By purchasing our Ecommerce Web Design – Shopify Theme Customization service, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service. We are Shopify Partners and will build and customize a Shopify theme of your choice.
2. Scope of Work
We will provide the following services as part of the package:
- Shopify Theme Customization: Installation and customization of a Shopify theme chosen by the Client.
- Up to 10 Pages: Includes pages such as Home, About, Shop, Product Categories, Blog, etc.
- WooCommerce/Shopify Setup: Installation and configuration of WooCommerce (if applicable) or Shopify settings.
- Product Listings: Uploading of the first 10 products (Client must provide product details, images, and descriptions).
- On-Site SEO: Optimization of page titles, descriptions, and product SEO.
- Payment Gateway Setup: Configuration of payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or other preferred options.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Theme & App Costs: The Client is solely responsible for purchasing the Shopify theme and any required third-party apps for special features outside of the theme’s default functionality.
- Timely Communication: The Client must provide all necessary content, images, product details, and feedback in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
4. Project Timeline
- We aim to complete the project within 30 days, but the actual timeline depends on the Client’s responsiveness and feedback.
- If the Client delays in providing necessary assets, the timeline may be extended.
5. Payment Terms
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1,499 is required to begin work.
- Final Payment: The remaining $500 is due upon project completion or 30 days from the start date—whichever comes first.
- Failure to make the final payment on time may result in the suspension of services, removal of access, or additional fees.
6. Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable. The deposit secures our time and services, and the final payment is due regardless of project completion status if delays are caused by the Client.
- If the Client cancels the project for any reason, all amounts paid remain non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee specific sales, conversions, or performance metrics.
- We are not responsible for third-party apps, Shopify platform limitations, or external service disruptions.
- The Client assumes all responsibility for legal compliance, including but not limited to terms, privacy policies, and payment processor requirements.
8. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing our Shopify Theme Customization service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.
