Terms of Service & Client Agreement

Operated by AAERO, LLC

This Web Design Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between AAERO, LLC, doing business as 24 Hour Web Design (“Company”, “We”, “Us”), and the undersigned client (“Client”, “You”). By purchasing a website package, submitting payment, or initiating services with 24 Hour Web Design, the Client agrees to the following terms.

1. Web Design Packages

We offer the following flat-rate packages for small business websites:

Entrepreneur Package – $695 + $49/month

  • 5 pre-designed pages
  • 72-hour turnaround (business days)
  • SEO-optimized build
  • Contact form
  • Blog roll
  • Contact and services pages
  • 1 revision included

Business Builder Package – $1,295 + $49/month

  • 10 custom-designed pages
  • 1–2 week turnaround
  • Everything in the Entrepreneur Package
  • Brand guidelines
  • Custom graphics
  • Persona-based content tailored to your ideal customer
  • 50% off SEO service plans

Professional Growth Package – $1,995 + $49/month

  • Up to 20 custom pages
  • 1–2 week turnaround
  • Everything in the Business Builder Package
  • Advanced on-site SEO
  • Stock photography
  • Full graphic design support

All packages include website setup using our custom framework consisting of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integrated theme components.

2. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates based on the scope of the project, responsiveness of the client, and asset delivery.
While the Entrepreneur Package is typically completed within 72 business hours, delivery timelines are not guaranteed due to possible delays in communication or project complexity.

3. Payment & Billing

  • All packages are billed in full upfront prior to the start of any design work.
  • Monthly managed hosting is required for the first 12 months and is billed at $49/month.
  • Hosting begins at the time of project initiation, regardless of project completion date.
  • Hosting includes: managed WordPress hosting, plugin management, performance optimization, basic support, backups, and security.
  • Hosting and project fees will appear as charges from AAERO, LLC.
  • All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once work begins.

4. Ownership & Hosting Requirements

  • Website files, copyrights, and final design assets remain the property of AAERO, LLC until the hosting agreement has been fulfilled for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
  • After 12 months of uninterrupted hosting, all files and copyright ownership will be transferred to the Client upon request.
  • If hosting is canceled before the 12-month period, website ownership remains with AAERO, LLC, and no files will be transferred.

5. Revisions

Each website package includes one (1) revision round after initial delivery.
Additional revisions or major structural changes are billed at $125/hour.

6. Framework & Licensing

All websites are built using a proprietary framework consisting of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other licensed elements. Clients agree not to reverse-engineer or duplicate the framework for use outside of their purchased website.

We will provide licenses or usage rights for all third-party assets provided by us, including images, icons, and fonts.
If the Client provides any content or media, they are solely responsible for verifying that they own the rights to use such content.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AAERO, LLC, 24 Hour Web Design, its contractors, and employees from any claims or liabilities related to unauthorized use of third-party content provided by the Client.

7. SEO Services & Expectations

While we follow industry best practices and build every website with SEO in mind, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, or visibility results.
Search engine algorithms and performance are outside our control and subject to constant change.

The Client agrees to hold harmless AAERO, LLC and all associated agents from any liability related to rankings, performance changes, or SEO volatility.

Web design clients are eligible for 20% off all ongoing SEO services when bundled with a live hosting agreement.

8. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide all requested content, images, and brand details promptly.
  • Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and revisions within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Approve the final website prior to launch.

Delays caused by the Client may result in extended timelines and additional costs.

9. Termination & Abandonment

We reserve the right to terminate a project if the Client:

  • Fails to make payment
  • Abuses or harasses team members
  • Disappears or fails to respond for more than 30 days
  • Makes unlawful or unethical content requests

No refunds will be issued in the event of termination. All incomplete work remains the property of AAERO, LLC.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks under any circumstances.
Any chargeback or dispute filed against AAERO, LLC will result in:

  • Immediate service suspension
  • Permanent revocation of website rights
  • A non-negotiable $599 administrative fee

You acknowledge and agree that chargebacks are a violation of this agreement and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAERO, LLC and 24 Hour Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Douglas County, Colorado.

13. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the full and complete agreement between the Client and AAERO, LLC. No verbal agreements or outside proposals will supersede this document unless signed and agreed to in writing by both parties.

By purchasing a website package or initiating services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement.
