By purchasing our Managed WordPress Hosting services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline the scope of our hosting plans, responsibilities, and limitations of liability.


1. Overview

Our Managed WordPress Hosting services are provided through WP Engine, a third-party hosting provider. We offer three hosting plans, each with different levels of maintenance, security, and support.

2. Hosting Plans & Features

WP Engine Standard – $99/mo

  • Daily Backups – Automatic backups for data security.
  • Monthly Site Maintenance – Plugin & core file updates to help keep your site running smoothly.
  • Uptime Monitoring – Proactive monitoring to detect downtime.
  • Web Application Firewall (WAF) – Helps protect your site from common security threats.
  • CDN (Content Delivery Network) – Enhances site performance by optimizing content delivery.

WP Engine Plus – $149/mo (Includes all Standard features +)

  • 1 Hour of Website Maintenance – Minor content edits, plugin adjustments, or troubleshooting included each month.
  • Virus Watch & Removal – If your site is hacked while hosted on our server, we will repair it at no additional charge.

WP Engine Pro – $249/mo (Includes all Plus features +)

  • Up to 1.5 Hours of Website Updates Per Month – Includes additional minor content edits, plugin troubleshooting, or site adjustments.
  • Priority Support – Faster response times and priority handling.
  • 24/7/365 Email Ticketing Support – Round-the-clock email support for hosting-related concerns.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for their website.
  • The Client is responsible for purchasing any required third-party plugins, themes, or software needed for website functionality.
  • The Client must notify us of any required updates or maintenance requests beyond the included services.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • Third-Party Hosting Provider: Hosting is provided by WP Engine, a third-party service, and we have no direct control over their infrastructure, uptime, or technical issues.
  • No Guaranteed Uptime: While WP Engine maintains a high uptime percentage, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Data Loss & Backups: While daily backups are provided, we are not liable for any data loss due to third-party service failures, hacking incidents, or unforeseen technical issues. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own backups.
  • Security & Malware: If you purchase the WP Engine Plus ($149/mo) or WP Engine Pro ($249/mo) plan, you receive Virus Watch & Removal services. If your site is hacked while on our hosting, we will repair it at no additional charge.
    • Clients on the $99/mo Standard plan are responsible for malware removal and security breaches.

5. Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly Payments: Hosting fees are billed monthly and must be paid in full to maintain service.
  • Cancellations: Hosting services may be canceled at any time. However, payments are non-refundable, and service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Failure to Pay: If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the hosting account may be suspended or terminated.

6. Service Limitations & Disclaimer

  • No Custom Development: These plans do not include full website redesigns, major functionality changes, or complex development work. Additional services may be requested at an extra cost.
  • No Legal or Compliance Guarantees: We do not guarantee compliance with industry regulations (such as ADA, GDPR, or PCI compliance). Clients are responsible for ensuring their websites meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

7. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing any of our Managed WordPress Hosting services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with or without notice.
